We are able to innovate and manufacture products on a large scale. Over 10 000 recipes and 100 ingredients create a good foundation for our product development. We serve consumer brands as well as food service of all the sizes.
Foodiq’s modern production facilities have extensive possibilities and are located in the Helsinki metropolitan area.
Our plant-based dairy factory, or ‘wet line’ as we call it, enables brands to develop and launch clean-label vegan products for the fast-growing dairy alternatives market. Our wet line is primarily focused on oat-based products where oat milk or oat cream is the base. However, products based on other plant ingredients like soy, almond or hemp are possible – also vitamins and minerals can be added to the product. We can produce and package dairy products for consumer brands and for food service sector. The capacity of our wet line is 400 000 liters per day.
Our other factory, ‘dry line’ serves wide range of dry products for wellbeing such as protein powders, healthy meal replacements, superfoods mixes and collagen powders. A wide variety of product types can be packed in jars or pouches of different sizes. Production capacity of our ‘dry line’ is up to 15 000 kg per day.
